Christalign Innovative Solutions Private Limited is a registered Security Services Provider and Software Development Company in India.  The Company was registered as a Private Limited Enterprise in the year 2006, under the Registrar of Companies, Kerala, India.   The company began its operations on Oct 16 2004, and embarked on developing unique & innovative products to make its presence known in the software community.

Though a startup company, Christalign's aim is to be inventive, and resourceful in its operations, and to provide products that achieve high accolades and customer satisfaction.  We have our offices in Trivandrum located at Thiruvallam overlooking the city and the sea, it is surrounded by lush greenery, amidst mountain ranges, and has a quiet ambiance and surroundings.  It is located 3.5 miles form East Fort which is the heart of Trivandrum City, and also has close proximity to the Airport and Kovalam, a tourist destination.  We have acquired a total area of 2 acres of land and has established its base operations center and will commence building of our offshore development center shortly. 

The company wants its employees to share in its success and offers a employee welfare department for the development, motivation and growth of each employee and helps each team member to grow by providing opportunity, training and support in the field of their choosing.  The employee welfare board also operates outside the company and corporate structure to provide help and assistance, both financially and objectively to improve the quality of lives of each employee working for the company.  The team members are free to choose their role in each project provided they can live up to the expectation of team and company.  Our team members are capable of playing any role in the SDLC as they have years of experience and can be effective in which ever role they choose.  Those who desire to gain a particular skill or designation will serve as liaisons to the senior members until they may themselves seem fit to take command of their own until which time they may serve the company in which ever role as required.  Certifications, and Qualifications are an advantage, but Skill, Experience and Maturity will count towards each position awarded in the firm.  We would like to define our company as a community of people confiding together in a symbiotic relationship to enhance and develop each others skills and efficiency and also to share its rewards and success as a family.  We believe that there are no limits to what the human spirit can achieve and we keep man at the center of all operations, not machine, not processes, and not rules.
